Note: The book club edition has a small gold maple leaf on the back right bottom of the binding (near the spine). The book club edition also has three lines on the bottom of the copyright page that provides BOMC address information. This copy does not include those items and is NOT a book club edition.

Published in 1988 by Viking Press, the book is in original dust jacket that is NOT clipped and has virtually no wear. Book itself looks almost new with minor wear on top of bottom of spine. There are no marking or inscriptions in book. Pages are crisp and there is no creasing.

Dust jacket is protected by removable mylar cover.
